The prices listed on my site are meant to give you a helpful starting point. Final costs can shift depending on the size and complexity of your event, the number of assistants needed, or if your celebration takes place over multiple days. This is my full wedding planning package. I will take care of the details like finding florists, DJs, and other fantastic vendors so you do not have to spend hours researching. With this one, I take the lead on planning your big day while working closely with you to bring your vision to life. We will be in touch often as I check in, share updates, and make sure the plans reflect what matters most to you. This package also includes day of coordination, so you can relax and enjoy every moment on your wedding day!

With day of coordination, we will meet a couple of months before your big day so you can share your vision for how you’d like the day to flow. From there, I will focus on building and refining your timeline, confirming key details, and making sure everything runs smoothly on the wedding day. My role is to coordinate what you have already planned, so you and your partner can relax and enjoy without worrying about logistics.

As a bonus, this package includes access to my wedding planning checklist and budget tracker. Day of coordination includes:

We’ll meet once a month to go over next steps, I’ll share vendor recommendations, and I’m available by email between meetings to answer any questions or offer advice.

Planning sessions are a one-hour meeting designed for DOC clients to get targeted help on any specific part of their wedding planning. Whether you need support with your timeline, seating chart, décor ideas, or working through vendor questions, we’ll focus on one goal at a time. You won’t get an entire list of vendors handed to you, but I’ll guide you through sourcing options, making decisions, and coming up with a plan that works for your day.
