At Whimsical Wedding Planning, I believe beautiful, meaningful weddings should be as accessible as possible. I proudly offer special pricing in a few key areas, to both support the community and to pursue creative passions. Please note that while the discounts on this page are stackable with each other, they are not stackable with the holiday sale. Please see the available discounts below!

I’m passionate about supporting those who make the world a better place. I offer special pricing for couples who work in caring professions or may face additional barriers to celebration. This includes:

  • Clients with disabilities

  • Teachers and educators

  • Social workers

​Getting married in the off-season (October–May)? You may be eligible for a discounted rate. I am happy to offer more flexible pricing for weddings held outside of peak months.

There are a few wedding themes that I would love to plan. If your wedding matches one of these “bucket list” visions I’ve been dreaming of bringing to life, I offer a special reduced rate so we can create something truly magical together.

 

Here are a few themes currently on my bucket list:

  • Intimate elopements in unique locations

  • Vintage-inspired garden parties

Whether or not you qualify for any of my discounts, the starting prices listed on my website are meant to give you a helpful ballpark.

Final costs may shift up or down depending on a few factors:

  • Whether you qualify for any discounts

  • The size and complexity of your event

  • Whether your wedding spans multiple days

  • How many assistants are needed to bring your vision to life

  • Your wedding’s location or travel requirements
